Senior Frontend Engineer (m/f/d)

EqualTo is a well-funded seed-stage b2b software company based in Germany. We build transparent sales commission software.
Your role
We're looking for experienced frontend engineers who can design and develop elegant solutions to tricky problems. This involves:
  • Working closely with the backend developers implementing features outlined in the specifications and prepared Figma designs.
  • Providing feedback for the UI/UX team during the design phase.
  • Create and maintain reusable components based on UI/UX team's projects.
  • Maintaining high test coverage and code quality.
We have a professional development environment following usual best practices (CI/CD, high levels of test coverage, code reviews, etc). We value clear communication and integrity.

What you will bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other technical/scientific field.
  • 2+ years experience designing, implementing, and providing a means of testing high-quality software.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, CSS and debug tools.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills
  • EU work permit
